KX Capital is a personal investment firm focused on premium, family friendly rentals. The debut asset, a ~1930s freehold two-bed terraced home at 5 Henley Road, Ludlow, underwent a comprehensive 2025 refurbishment to lift condition, comfort and long-term value. The landing page showcases the finished home with clear specifications, gallery and refurbishment highlights to attract quality tenants and support future investor conversations.
Challenge
- Modernise a ~1930s property while protecting period character and controlling scope creep.
- Deliver certified damp remediation and insulation upgrades without layout disruption.
- Coordinate trades and decisions across a family team split between Hong Kong and the UK.
- Establish a premium, trustworthy brand presence while works and documentation evolved.
- Prepare consistent marketing assets (photos, copy, specs) to launch quickly post refurb.

- Bathroom renovation: high-spec fittings and contemporary finishes.
