Overview
FanForce is building the loyalty layer of the internet - an InfoFi platform that transforms social engagement into actionable intelligence. In an era where content is infinite and attention is cheap, FanForce focuses on what actually matters: real fans. The product uses AI to analyse interactions across social platforms and surface the most loyal, influential supporters through FanForce Scores, leaderboards, and reward systems. I was brought in to rapidly design and build a front-end MVP that could clearly communicate this vision, validate the product, and support fundraising conversations.
Challenge
- Translating an ambitious, abstract vision (the Web3 Loyalty Economy) into a concrete, usable MVP.
- Designing interfaces that balance Web2 familiarity with Web3 native concepts like ownership, scores, and decentralized influence.
- Building fast under fundraising pressure, with the MVP needed to demonstrate clarity and credibility to investors.
- Coordinating across founders, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and AI logic - both remotely and in-person.
- Ensuring the product told a compelling story, not just displayed data.
Solution
- In-person working sessions in Hong Kong with the founding team to align product vision, user flows, and MVP scope.
- Collaborated closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex loyalty mechanics into intuitive, narrative-driven screens.
- Designed and built the full front-end MVP using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind for speed, clarity, and scalability.
- Implemented clear visual hierarchies for FanForce Scores, fan rankings, and engagement signals to make value obvious in seconds.
- Used motion and micro-interactions with Framer Motion to reinforce progression, status, and reward mechanics.
- Architected the front end to cleanly consume AI-driven and backend scoring data, ready for future platform expansion.
- Worked directly with the CTO and backend team to align API contracts, data structures, and real-world product constraints.
Results
- Delivered a polished, investor ready MVP under tight timelines.
- Helped founders clearly articulate FanForce’s value proposition during fundraising conversations.
- Validated core product concepts: fan scoring, loyalty ranking, and reward driven engagement.
- Created a scalable front-end foundation for expansion to additional social platforms.
- Positioned FanForce as a serious Web3 native loyalty platform rather than a speculative social analytics tool.
- Established strong cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, and leadership.
